Sally Picot

Founder & Managing Director


A residential real estate expert with nearly two decades of experience in ​the living sector across the UK and Australia. Over this period, Sally ​developed and successfully led the leasing strategy for over 20,000 beds.


In 2008, Sally commenced her career in PBSA joining Blackstone in London ​and over the next 8 years led leasing for The Nido Collection. This included ​two acquisitions of the portfolio over this period to Round Hill Capital and ​Greystar.


Moving back to Australia, Sally joined Scape in 2016 heading up leasing for ​the full portfolio, and was an integral part of the team that grew the ​business from start-up to over 17,000 operational beds by 2024 across ​Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Sydney.


A global leader in the student housing industry, Sally is accomplished in ​strategy and implementation, operational management, mobilisations, ​acquisitions, change management and leadership.
